Industrial Alloys Inc. provides custom laser and plasma cutting services to customers in the military, construction, and commercial manufacturing industries. Our 6Kw fiber laser can accommodate sheet sizes up to 60” wide X 120” long. Our 5-axis bevel head plasma cutter has a high definition cutting head capable of producing complex cuts with precision results. The heavy duty cutting table can handle sheet and plate sizes up to 120” wide X 240” long and 3” thick. These precision machines eliminate the need for custom press tooling and is a cost-effective way to cut low to high volume metal blanks, as well as prototypes and specialty items. The heavy duty cutting head on our plasma machine is ideal for cutting thick plates used in the construction industry. Our ProNest professional CAM software ensures the most efficient cuts possible, saving material and lowering component costs, while holding tolerances of ±0.005”.

The products we supply are characterized by their high level of quality. All of our production, test, and inspection procedures conform to our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
